  • Day 2 (Hand Speed Activation): Complete solo-10m-ball-handling-burnout followed by 10 minutes of active lower-body stretching and hydration.
  • Day 3 (Key Finishing & Angles): Complete solo-30m-driveway-finishing-shooting focusing on high-arcing floaters and baseline reverse layups off the backboard.
  • Day 4 (Fundamentals & Off-Hand Touch): Complete solo-20m-backyard-starter with an intentional focus on left-hand finishes on the Mikan drill.
  • Day 5 (Speed & Shooting Precision): Complete solo-10m-ball-handling-burnout followed by 20 focused free throws with deliberate pre-shot breathing.
  • Day 6 (Active Recovery & Film Study): Light stretching, foam rolling, and reviewing junior game tape on footwork and triple threat spacing.
  • Day 7 (Full Rest & Recovery): Complete day off from basketball to rest joints and recharge energy for Week 2.

Week 2: Advanced Scoring, Pull-Ups & Conditioning

  • Day 8 (High Volume Skills Escalation): Step up the intensity with solo-45m-complete-skills-session mastering two-ball pounds, triple threat rip sweeps, and Euro-step footwork.
  • Day 9 (Scoring Versatility): Complete solo-30m-driveway-finishing-shooting targeting clean wing bank shots and high-release floaters over imaginary help defenders.
  • Day 10 (Quick-Fire Handle & Alignment): Complete solo-10m-ball-handling-burnout followed by 15 minutes of one-hand form shooting from 1 metre directly in front of the ring.
  • Day 11 (Game Application & Pull-Ups): Complete solo-45m-complete-skills-session pushing the tempo on one-dribble pull-up jump stops and late-game free throws.
  • Day 12 (Touch, Floaters & Reverse Finishes): Complete solo-30m-driveway-finishing-shooting recording total makes on baseline reverse layups and 45-degree bank shots.
