This intensive 45-minute individual workout is designed for serious junior athletes aiming to build complete perimeter versatility. It moves progressively through dual-ball activation, triple threat rip moves, mid-range pull-up jumpers, footwork deceleration on Euro steps, and disciplined free throw routines under fatigue.
The Routine
- Dual-Ball Activation Warmup (8 mins): two-ball-alternate-pound - Alternating machine-gun dribble pounds to activate hand speed, forearm power, and peripheral vision.
- Triple Threat & Attack Footwork (10 mins): triple-threat-position-and-rips - Explosive low rip sweeps from the wing, attacking the elbow of the key with direct first steps.
- Off-Dribble Pull-Up Jumpers (12 mins): one-dribble-pull-up-jumper - Hard single bounce attack into a balanced parallel jump stop, elevating straight up into a high-release shot.
- Dynamic Finishing Mastery (10 mins): euro-step-layup - Full-speed drive, heavy deceleration gather, and lateral step across the key to bypass interior defenders.
- Pressure Free Throw Finisher (5 mins): free-throw-routine-mastery - Regulating breathing at the charity stripe, repeating a consistent 3-dribble routine under fatigued game conditions.
