2-Week Team Preseason Holiday Program
This complete 14-day preseason training program prepares junior basketball squads and training partners for competitive club and representative seasons. Strictly aligned with Basketball Australia junior standards and the U12 “No Zone” rule, this curriculum systematically builds team ball movement, offensive floor spacing, aggressive individual and help Man-to-Man defense, and rapid full-court transition offense.
